Residency Survival Workshop with PUMS Alumni from Mayo Clinic
We are overjoyed to present the next event by PUMS Alumni Coordinator: the Residency Survival Workshop by two of our alumni currently working in the Mayo Clinic network in the US.
Dr. Aleksandra Murawska Baptista - PUMS Polish MD Class of 2008, Hospitalist-Assistant Professor/Senior Associate Consultant at Mayo Clinic Florida; Residency at Cahaba Family Medicine; Hospital Internal Medicine Fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center.
Dr. Abhinav Singla - PUMS MD Class of 2013, Senior Associate Consultant, Department of General Internal Medicine, Mayo Clinic in Rochester; Residency: Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
Our guest speakers will review some of the crucial professional skills like history-taking, diagnostic workup, patient interviews, writing, notes, etc. in the context of the US standardized healthcare practices. The workshop will be especially useful for persons considering completing their medical residency in the US or Canada, but also for any future doctor dealing with patient interactions.
